Dear Yoshi, This tour has complimentary camping. All equipment is included for your use. If you would like to upgrade to a hotel you may do so. Camping is offered only on the following dates (Apr 13th- Oct 31st). If you purchase this tour during the winter you must upgrade to the hotel lodging ($200.00 value). There is no option to camp one night and lodge the other it has to be either or. Best Regards, Lisette Customer Service Rep

Dear Esther, Once you are in the national park these stops are definitely accessible with the national park bus which is complementary to our passengers. The tour will not offer the chance to take a cruise on Lake Powell. Thank you for your inquiry. Best Regards, Ruby Customer Service Rep

Q:
Hi, We are a couple interested in your tour package #2-5602. I understand that this package has a "buy 2 get 1 free promotion" but there are only 2 of us. Are you able to give us a better price for the 2 tickets? My additional questions are: 1. Is there a minimum number of travellers for the tour to depart? I need to be able to confirm the land tour before buying our air tickets. 2. I don't see any review for this tour package. I wonder if this is a new tour. 3. How's the weather like for travel during the period 19 - 29 Aug? 4. Is there any confirmed tour departing around this period? Thanks Jerry

Dear Jerry, The buy 2 get 1 free promotion only applies if you have more than 2 travelers booked to 1 room. There is a minimum number of travelers required for a tour to depart and after you book your tour we do take 24-72 hours to confirm the reservation for you. This tour is a very popular tour and we anticipate that all the dates set for the tour will depart as scheduled. This particular package was made available just this season, which is why there are no reviews for the tour at the moment. The weather during the month of August is fairly warm but it may vary from city to city especially in San Francisco which offers cooler weather due to the city's proximity to the ocean. The tour that you are interested in booking is confirmed after 2-3 days and in case of any changes we do offer alternatives. Please keep in mind that we do advise that you wait for your tour reservation confirmation before purchasing your flight to ensure confirmation. Also for extra protection on airfare, and any unexpected cancellations we do recommend travelers to consider purchasing insurance or travel protection. Best Regards, Tatiana Customer Service Rep

Dear Alycia, We have a public forum available for all of our customers on our website that helps you find someone that is also looking for a partner to share rooms for that tour. You are welcome to visit our forum and you if you and the person you will be sharing a room with book together then you would be paying the "double" price. Best Regards, Natasha Customer Service Rep

Q:
Hi, I am interested in this tour for later this month, but would like to check on the following: 1) Does the tour guide converse mainly in English, or Chinese? Is the tour Chinese centric? 2) Is there an option to opt for an upgraded hotel in Vegas? 3) Is there an option to end the tour at Los Angeles after Universal studios on Day 10? 4) It says that hotel stay at BW Markland is subject to availability. Typically, when Markland is unavailable, which are the other two hotels that are normally used? Thanks

Dear Dee, The tour guide will conduct the tour in both English and Chinese and this tour will attract a large number of Chinese speaking travelers. This tour only offers hotel upgrade options in LA and not in LV. Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day, so the tour might not end with a visit to Universal Studios, but the tour will end at Los Angeles. The tour hotel will not be confirmed until the reservation is processed and we will arrange a similar grade hotel if the Markland BW is not available. Best Regards, Jeccy Customer Service Rep

Dear Maribelle, This tour is for Grand Canyon West and you were likely viewing information for the fees for entry to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The admission fees charged by the guide for the packages visiting the South Rim will only be $10.00 per person. Best Regards, Jeccy Customer Service Rep

Q:
We are planning to take east coast and west coast tours with Tours4fun. As per our plan, we will finish the 5 day east coast tour (starting from Washington, DC) on 5th August at New York. We are planning to take a 18:50pm flight from New York to LA. By that, we will be at LA airport at around 21:50pm. However, if the flight gets delayed, we may reach the LA airport after 10pm. In such case, whether the free pickup option will be available? Also, whether the arrangements can be made to drop us off at New York airport on 5th August? Thanks and Regards, Ashish

Dear Ashish, If your flight should be delayed or changed for any reason, you will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self-transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance. For the east coast tour, if the tour does not include airport transfer, you have to go to the airport by your own, please check the tour detail online. Best Regards, Jeccy Customer Service Rep
